A simple netbook, laptop or desktop with internet access connects the salesperson with his or her secure vDESK. A damaged, lost or stolen computer does not compromise information security – it remains located in a secure data center accessible by the user only.

vGROUP

Consisting of 2 – 4 vDESKs, the vGROUP is the IT solution for small businesses that neither require specialized software nor wish to invest in an IT server. A full range of commercially licensed software including QuickBooks, Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat are available from our menu of software services. Backup, maintenance, security, updates, performance, and software licensing management are bundled in a very high value service.

vSERVE

RDPCLOUD.COM’s independent single server is the platform choice for organizations and businesses that require specialized software such as Skyline, Land Logic, Lacerte Tax Software or Quick Books Enterprise Edition. The standard commercially licensed software offered with our vDESK and vGROUP platforms is also available. Your vSERVE comes complete with server maintenance, application updates, data backup, proprietary multilayered security, performance, and software licensing metering and management.
